Nintendo has announced a scheduled maintenance for Pokemon Sword And Shield‘s online servers.

The maintenance will last 3 hours, and will take place on November 25 from 21:00-00:00 PT (26 November from 14:00 -17:00 JST). During this period, no online services for Pokemon Sword And Shield will be accessible. Current server status can be checked here.

Presumably, this scheduled maintenance is to improve server stability for the latest Pokemon games following several outages over the past week or two. Hopefully online services for the games will be more consistent after this bout of maintenance.
