Pokemon TCG Online Card Set Development Ends On March 1st 2023

The Pokemon Company has announced they will be ending development for the Pokemon TCG Online.

Specifically, Pokemon TCG Online will no longer be updated with any new card sets after March 1st 2023, with the Crown Zenith set being the final one that will release for the app. This is in preparation for the game being replaced by Pokemon TCG Live, which is currently in global beta. This also means that future card sets such as the Scarlet/Violet series will only be redeemable in the new app.

At the time of this writing, it is not known whether Pokemon TCG Online will remain accessible despite the lack of updates, or if The Pokemon Company will be ending the service entirely at some point in the future. Stay tuned for more updates as they come.
