Bandai Namco Entertainment has published a piece of very shocking news concerning Pro Yakyuu Famista Evolution in Japan.
According to their latest announcement, Pro Yakyuu Famista Evolution will no longer be offered for download on Nintendo Switch eShop after February 28, 2019. The same applies to the 14 pieces of downloadable content. The deadline to download whatever you need for Pro Yakyuu Famista Evolution is February 28, 2019 11:59pm Japan Time.
This will not affect users who have already downloaded the game and/or DLC before the deadline.
No reason was given why Pro Yakyuu Famista Evolution is being taken down from the Nintendo eShop, but we suspect something related to licensing could have went awry. The game was released in August 2018, so it’s only been out for 6 months in Japan.
