SEGA has announced Puyo Puyo Tetris S is receiving a Special Price Edition for Nintendo Switch in Japan.

The Special Price Edition will retail for 3490 yen (exclusive 8% sales tax), making it cheaper than the original release by about 50%. The Special Price Edition launches August 8, 2019 in Japan, the same day as the Shining Resonance Refrain New Price Edition.
