It seems some unused content from Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon somehow made its way back in the arcade only spin-off.
When Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon was first released, there was an unused song hidden in the game’s files. This song was an eerie rendition of “Ring Around The Roses”, a well-known nursery rhyme. However, it has since resurfaced in Luigi’s Mansion Arcade, which is based heavily on Dark Moon.
Below are some comparison videos of the song as found in Dark Moon’s files, and in Luigi’s Mansion Arcade.

As can be heard in the video, the unused song plays during the “Three Sisters” boss battle of the arcade version. Some fans speculate that this is perhaps what the song was originally going to be used for before it was cut, as the rhyme seems very fitting considering what the boss battle entails. That said, we will likely never know for certain if this is indeed the case, or why the song was removed to begin with.
