Regirock, Regice, And Registeel Raids Returning To Pokemon GO, Paid Event For Regigigas Also Announced
It looks like the world of Pokemon GO will be shaken up for trainers all around the globe, once again.
Niantic has revealed that the legendary Pokemon Regirock, Regice, and Registeel will be returning as raid battles in the game. The event takes place from 1 November – 4 November 2019, and will also increase spawns for Pokemon like Aron and Spheal.
In addition to this, Niantic also revealed a new paid in-game event for trainers to encounter Regigigas anywhere in the world. This is a first for the series, and can be played anywhere in the world on 2 November 2019. For $7.99 USD, trainers will receive early access to the Regigigas research story, 10 raid passes, and more bonus goodies in-game.
Thankfully, Regigigas will not be completely exclusive to this paid event. Niantic also clarified that even if a trainer doesn’t pay for the event, they’ll be able to encounter Regigigas as a EX Raid boss in the next month.
Check out the full details of this announcement below.
