Shortly after the delay announcement, Wayforward has confirmed the new US/EU release date for River City Girls 2.

The highly anticipated sequel will be releasing on December 15th 2022 in North America and Europe, about 2 weeks after its release in Japan and Asia. This date notably applies to the digital release for the game, and not the physical releases being printed by Limited Run.
