Earlier today, Switch accessory maker Genki began showing off products they are making for the Switch’s successor at the CES 2025 convention, despite the console not being officially revealed by Nintendo yet.
Genki has now opened an official pre-order page for their line of Switch 2 accessories, referring to it as the “NS2” and “Next Handheld”. The site includes a highlight video showing off chargers and cases, which also includes our first possible look at how the rumored magnetic joy-cons will work. If Genki’s video is accurate, players will be able to disengage the magnets by clicking on a specific button, a feature which has also been talked about in other leaks.
As with all reports of this nature however, we caution readers to take this video with a grain of salt. Stay tuned for more as it comes.
