Today we have yet another rumor of another classic game finding a new home on Nintendo Switch.
The game this time is Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour, the 2016 re-release of the original Duke Nukem 3D from 1996. This updated re-release of Duke Nukem 3D launched on PC, Xbox One and Playstation 4, but not on any Nintendo console.
However, that all may be about to change if this new rumor is to be believed. The Australian Classifications Board has published a new listing for Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour, three years after it was originally released. Like most Australian Classifications, it is listed as “multiplatform”, but it seems strange that they would post up a new listing after all this time…unless it was heading to a brand new console.
Do keep in mind that without official confirmation, this is all just speculation based on the odd timing of the listing’s publication. We will be sure to bring more updates should new evidence or an announcement be made.
