Last week, Monster Hunter fans on Nintendo Switch were disappointed by news of Monster Hunter XX not getting localized in the west. However, there’s a new glimmer of hope for hunters on Switch.
Neogaf user MatrixMan.EXE, the same user who previously teased Monster Hunter: World, mentioned on a forum thread that development is already underway for a new Monster Hunter title for Switch.
However, we probably won’t hear about it for a long time. He also explains why Capcom wouldn’t localize Monster Hunter XX – there’s “more value in getting World and the new Switch game out as they have more to gain from those than a quick and dirty XX localisation”.
Take it with a pinch of salt and just hope for the best!

It would be nice if CAPCOM just stopped spewing out MH games and... you know... Concentraded on other five billion franchises laying around ? Rival Schools ? Devil May Cry ? Onimusha ? Megaman ? G'n'G, I dunno ?
MH prints money, I get it, but for crying out loud, at this point CAPCOM can rename itself into "Fightings n' Giantlizardhuntin'", would suit them much better.
