A new rumor has surfaced about a potential new Pokemon game announcement coming this month.

This rumor comes via the infamous Riddler Khu, who previously shared accurate information about upcoming Pokemon games in the past. Khu claimed that “something new” not related to Pokemon Legends Z-A would be announced in September 2025. Later on, industry insider Necrolipe added on to the claim saying that it will be a “spin-off” game.

Of course, the title being a spin-off doesn’t exactly narrow down what it could be, as Pokemon has had released many different spin-off titles. Many fans are hopeful that it could be a new Pokemon Mystery Dungeon or Pokken Tournament game, but it could also be something entirely new.

As with all rumors of this nature however, we caution readers to take this with a grain of salt. Stay tuned for more updates as they come.
