Last year, Square Enix Collective and FuturLab have announced they would be bringing PowerWash Simulator to Switch.
Since then, some new details have surfaced about a potential release date for this port. According to a now deleted Tweet from Playstation Europe, the game is set to launch on January 30th 2023 for Sony’s consoles. Publications such as Gematsu have taken this to also mean that the Switch version will likely launch on this date as well, since both the Switch and Playstation ports were announced together.
That said, it is currently not known why the Tweet from Playstation Europe was deleted, and FuturLab themselves have yet to comment a the time of this writing. It is possible that the release date was a mistake, or perhaps they companies were not ready to share the news so early. We will be sure to report back with more details as they come.
