Sonic The Hedgehog’s 30th Anniversary are well underway, and it seems one of SEGA’s major plans for the celebration may have just been leaked online.
As reported by Tails Channel, French retailers Sogamely and ReplayMultiMedia have published listings for an unannounced Team Sonic Racing 30th Anniversary Edition package for Switch and PS4. Team Sonic Racing was previously launched on Switch back in 2019, and again in 2020 in a dual pack with Sonic Mania.
In addition, a separate listing on GreatGames shows what appears to be the boxart for this new edition. This boxart states that it will include a “Sonic Artbook”, with the Sonic 30th Anniversary logo suggesting this will be the special promotion for the package.
That said, at the time of this writing, SEGA has yet to officially confirm the existence of the Team Sonic Racing 30th Anniversary Edition, we will be sure to report back with more details as they come.
