In April 2018, SNK confirmed that they were working on a Neo Geo Classic Mini, a plug-and-play system that would let gamers play classic Neo Geo games.
While the company didn’t reveal any details at that point of time, prominent Youtuber SpawnWave has reported receiving insider information and pictures of the Neo Geo Classic Edition from a reliable source that doesn’t work at SNK.
The product is called the Neo Geo Mini, a mini arcade machine with its own screen and Joy-stick. Neo Geo Mini is also capable of connecting to a TV or monitor via HDMI, along with its own wired gamepad. It comes with the following 40 games built-in:
