Sakurai: Making Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Felt Like Going Over History

Nintendo Dream’s third interview with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Masahiro Sakurai has been published today.

In the third interview, Sakurai gave his thoughts on the development of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. He said making the game felt like he was going over the history of the entire series, which makes sense as every fighter has returned and so did most popular stages.

Lastly, Sakurai said that the quality of stages and characters have “dramatically improved” over Smash Bros.’ history.
