In a piece of promotional art released by SEGA, you can actually see the icons for all the characters that are in the upcoming Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 title. SonicWindBlue pointed this out in a tweet below.

This reveals the final part of the roster and confirms that Toadette will be the only new character joining this hefty roster.
