Shakedown Hawaii Key Artwork “Downgraded” Before Launch

Shakedown Hawaii, which released today on Nintendo Switch, has received positive reviews from gamers and the press. But one thing that gamers aren’t liking is its key artwork.

ResetERA user ScOULaris discovered that the Shakedown Hawaii key artwork used for marketing purposes has been changed a couple of weeks before launch, and some are not happy about the change.

And here is the “downgraded” and final key artwork, where the protagonist seems to be lacking emotion:

Not everyone is happy about the change, and some are curious why it even happened in the first place. Only VBlank knows the answer for now.
