It appears that Konami’s Shine Post: Be Your Idol!, a Nintendo Switch 2 day-one release coming in the form of a Game-Key Card, is selling out quickly at various retailers in Japan.
According to watchers of the game, as of May 30, 2025, the game can no longer be pre-ordered at five online retailers – EDION, Yamada Denki, Kojima, Animate, and Book Off. While the game is still available for pre-order at other retailers like Amazon Japan, it may not last very long considering that it has started disappearing elsewhere.
Some have pointed out that the five retailers may have sold out first because of their special pre-order bonuses, so we will have to wait and see whether that’s the case in the coming weeks.
