Recently Inside Games conducted a poll to find out the most popular Pokemon Sword and Shield starter Pokemon among Japanese gamers in Japan.
The results of the poll showed Water-type Starter Pokemon Sobble is the most popular, followed by Fire-type Scorbunny. Grass-type Grookey came in last. Unlike the international poll conducted by The Pokemon Company, the gap between Sobble and Scorbunny is much larger.
Grookey – 18.8% (141 votes)
Scorbunny – 34.4% (258 votes)
Sobble – 46.3% (348 votes)
