SEGA has announced the release date for the free Samba de Amigo DLC for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds.

The DLC will be available from September 8th 2026, adding Amigo as a playable racer along with his own unique vehicle. A Samba de Amigo Festival event will also run from September 10th at 5:00 p.m. PT / 8:00 p.m. ET until September 12th at 4:59 pm. PT / 7:59 p.m. ET. SEGA also shared a roadmap for other in-game events coming in September 2026, including the game’s 1st anniversary celebration, and a second Hatsune Miku festival.
