Recently, during the Nintendo Direct presentation, Nintendo surprised Splatoon fans with the news that Splatoon 3 will be releasing on Nintendo Switch next year!
This is quite surprising to see this soon as Splatoon 2 only released back in 2017 and is still currently receiving repeats of some previous splatfests.
Splatoon 3 arrives on Nintendo Switch in 2022! In the wake of chaos, enter the sun scorched Splatlands and the new city, Splatsville, inhabited by battle-hardened Inklings and Octolings. New weapons, moves, and more await, so be sure to keep an eye out for updates in the future.
