Square Enix has created a new website to look for developers who are keen to work on the next Dragon Quest game after Dragon Quest XI S.

Positions open for the new Dragon Quest project include Game Designer (Battle System), Facial Expression Motion Designer, Motion Designer, 2D Background Designer, and Technical Artist (Facial etc).

Please keep in mind you have to work in Japan and you need to understand Japanese to apply.
