As part of the Super Mario 35th Anniversary celebration, Nintendo has announced an upcoming Online Tournament for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
As one would expect, this online tournament is planned to be Mario themed, and will revolve around fighters, stages, and items that hail from the Mario series. At the time of this writing, not much else about the tournament has been shared, although we do know that it will be held sometime in November or December this year.
We will be sure to report back with more details as they come.
