Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s Banjo-Kazooie DLC Could Be Launching By September 15

Today we have some interesting news concerning the release date of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate DLC character  Banjo-Kazooie.

A 7-Eleven location in Japan has put up a poster promoting download cards for Link’s Awakening, as well as the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Season Pass with Banjo-Kazooie beside it. Notably, this display is only to be displayed until September 15.

This is identical to how the Dragon Quest Hero DLC was advertised before launching shortly thereafter. Back then, the Hero’s poster was only supposed to stay up until August 4, although the DLC launched earlier on July 30-31.

Given past trends, it looks like the duo could be joining Smash by September 15 or even earlier! We’ll report back if this turns out to be the case.
