The Norwegian Consumer Council has sent a letter to Nintendo informing them they have breached the EU Consumer Rights Directive with regards to their pre-order/pre-load policy on the Nintendo eShop.
eBay has slashed down the prices for the USD50 Nintendo eShop Gift Card for a limited time to USD42.50.

Nintendo of Europe has started the “Share the Joy” sale on the Nintendo eShop. Games part of the sale have been slashed down to up to 50%. The sale ends on February 15, 2018.
