Twitter user @ark_SMB has shared a very unusual but creative decoration they found at the Taipei Heart Clinic in Taipei, Taiwan.

According to @ark_SMB, the owner of the clinic has attached an entire Mario Kart race track onto the ceiling with his clinic. The race track is complete with characters racing against each other and greenery:
