It appears that after players complete the game, there will have access to a technical demo which seems to indicate that a new title in the No More Heroes series is in the works. The tech demo shows players how the control scheme for the next game would be like, which is speculated to be No More Heroes 3.
Keep in mind Suda51 has repeatedly expressed his interest in making No More Heroes 3 in the last few months, and it will happen as long as sales for Travis Strikes Again are good.
