News about Telltale Games’ unfortunate closure continues to pile on. After the company flip-flopped on whether The Walking Dead: The Final Season would see completion, it seems like the game’s future might really be in jeopardy.
Several digital storefronts like GOG and Steam have just de-listed the game from being sold further. You will not be able to purchase its season pass for the foreseeable future.
As shown on GOG:
Telltale has requested a temporary pause of sales of The Walking Dead – Final Season. For all up to date Telltale news, please refer to their official Twitter page.
Strangely enough, the game is still on available for preorder on Nintendo’s eShop, at the time of writing.
We’ll have to wait and see if Telltale Games and Nintendo take action there, as well.
