The Legend Of Zelda: Link’s Awakening Is Being Recreated In Minecraft By Fans

Enjoyed the Switch re-imagining of The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening? Soon you’ll be able to experience the adventure all over again in a different, blockier way!

As you can see above, a Minecraft enthusiast named pickledscones and their team has been hard at work recreating the entirety of Link’s Awakening within the sandbox game! The project has apparently been ongoing for 2 years now – and includes every character and boss up to and including Moldorm, in fully playable form!

You can take a look at more beautiful screenshots of the impressive map over here.

Currently, pickledscones is still working to programme the map’s storyline, before preparing it for a full release. Hopefully it will be available to Nintendo Switch users in the future as well!
