The Medabots Series Might Get A New Announcement Next Month

Imagineer seems to be teasing something related to the Medabots franchise.

According to an interview with Famitsu (translation by Gematsu), Imagineer representative Hiroyuki Hashida said the following:

• “This year marks 20 years since the first Medabots title was released in 1997. November 28, the date of the first game’s release, will be ‘Medabots Day.’”

• “A Medabots portal website was opened and a 20th anniversary title called Medabots Classics was released for 3DS in December 2017, but it would be lonely for us to end the 20th anniversary as is. We’re thinking about various things as not to let that happen.”

• “I wonder if we will be able to announce something in coordination with the 20th anniversary on November 28, which is also Medabots Day. We’re making various arrangements.”
