It appears that there is a limit to the number of screenshots and videos you can transfer from your Nintendo Switch 2 to the Nintendo Switch App for smart devices.

The maximum number of screenshots and videos the app can store is 100 for 30 days. Once the limit is reached, the oldest screenshots and videos will be deleted from the app, so you should save it to your smartphone as soon as possible. Please keep that in mind if you are planning to use this feature in the future.
