This Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Glitch Sends The Home Run Contest Sandbag Into An Infinite Void

Still trying to beat the world record in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate‘s returning Home Run Contest mode? Some players have decided to forgo that glory for another kind of insane feat.

Fans have discovered a new glitch that allows the sandbag to be launched backwards (i.e. toward the left) of the screen instead. As there isn’t a ground to collide with, the sandbag will end up falling infinitely – until the background even fades into a white void!

It’s a little tricky to pull off, so check out a quick demonstration by GameXplain below:

As things stand, you may want to give this glitch a try before Nintendo inevitably patches it out. Have a happy void vacation!

(A huge thanks to @kario_kari, who first discovered this hilarious bug!)
