Thousands Of Spanish Gamers Angry As They Couldn’t Buy The Legend Of Zelda: Link’s Awakening Limited Edition

The Legend Of Zelda: Link’s Awakening Limited Edition, which was officially announced in Europe this week, has become a huge hit in Spain.

The Limited Edition was so popular among gamers that stores quickly sold out their allocation. This left thousands of unhappy customers who were unable to get their hands on the Limited Edition, leaving hundreds of angry comments on social media.

GAME, the largest video game retailer in Spain, was forced to announce on Twitter that they were looking into securing more units in order to please the customers:

Although it isn’t known how many units of the Limited Edition were allocated to Spain, we do know that France received 10,000 units.
