Tokyo Game Show 2024 Official Livestream Schedule Announced

The Computer Entertainment Supplier’s Association has announced the official livestream schedule for the upcoming Tokyo Game Show 2024.

TGS 2024 will be running from September 26th to 29th 2024 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. The livestreams will begin from 10AM JST, following the schedule below, featuring publishers and developers such as SEGA, LEVEL-5, and more.

September 26

• 10:00 to 10:50 – Tokyo Game Show 2024 Opening Ceremony
• 11:00 to 11:50 – Keynote Speech – In commemoration of PlayStation‘s 30th anniversary,  “father of PlayStation” Ken Kutaragi (Kindai University Faculty of Informatics dean and professor / Ascent Robotics president and CEO) appears alongside moderator Katsuhiko Hayashi (KADOKAWA Game Linkage / Famitsu Group) to discuss the future outlook of the gaming market, centered around the Tokyo Game Show 2024 theme, “Trailblaze the World with Gaming.”

• 15:00 to 15:50 – Ubisoft Japan
• 16:00 to 17:50 – Japan Game Awards 2024: Games of the Year Division
• 19:00 to 19:50 – Xbox Tokyo Game Show 2024 Broadcast – Featuring content from Xbox Game Studios, Activision, Blizzard Entertainment, and Bethesda Softworks, as well as “an exciting lineup of games from third-party partners primarily based in Japan and across Asia,” including games coming to Xbox Game Pass.

• 21:00 to 21:50 – Koei Tecmo Games
• 22:00 to 22:50 – LEVEL-5
• 23:00 to 23:50 – Tokyo Game Show 2024 Capcom Online Program – Get all the latest Capcom news in our pre-recorded stream as part of Tokyo Game Show Online! The contents of the program will be announced at a later date.

September 27

• 11:00 to 11:50 – CESA Presentation Stage at Tokyo Game Show
• 18:00 to 18:50 – Aniplex
• 19:00 to 20:50 – SEGA / ATLUS
• 21:00 to 21:50 – Eiko Kano’s Critikano Hit Tokyo Game Show 2024 Special – Eiko Kano will host the special Tokyo Game Show 2024 episode of “Eiko Kano’s Critikano Hit” on Friday, September 27 at 21:00 JST, playing the long-awaited Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake! Joining Eiko Kano will be series’ regulars Kenta Sakai (Alco and Peace) and Masayuki Kibe (television writer), with a special guest appearance by the creator of the Dragon Quest series himself: Yuji Horii! Watch them attempt the game’s pyramid dungeon, unveiled for the first time ever. Don’t miss it! Featuring Eiko Kano, Kenta Sakai (Alco and Peace), Masayuki Kibe (television writer), and Yuji Horii.
