During its 2020 virtual presentation today, Limited Run Games revealed that Matt Thorson’s Towerfall Ascension would be getting a physical release on Nintendo Switch!

Pre-orders will be opening sometime in Q3 2020. The archery combat platformer sees up to 4 players fighting for supremacy in tiny arenas, or teaming up to drive off hordes of enemies!

It is currently unclear if this release of the game will include the Switch’s unique 6-player mode, as well as special guest archers Madeline and Badeline from Celeste. We’ll report back as we hear more!
