Today we have some upsetting news to report on Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes’ official launch in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
It appears that the game will not be brought in by official Nintendo distributor Active Boeki K.K. (Maxsoft/Active Gulf), so in other words, it will not be officially released in Southeast Asia and Middle East.
Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes, which is published by Nintendo, is coming to Switch on January 18, 2019 worldwide. As of January 8, ten days before its release date, Active Boeki has not taken orders for the game and neither do they have any news about it, which is highly unusual.
This is most likely because the game comes with a download code for the Season Pass, and if Active Boeki offers the “Asian” version of the game, it will probably not come with any download code. The company probably fears the potential backlash and wishes not to repeat the same incident with Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna – The Golden Country.
Those who wish to purchase Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes may do so on Amazon US (ships worldwide).
