Try out Monster Hunter XX Switch early at the Monster Hunter Midsummer Event

A Monster Hunter Midsummer Hunting Event will be taking place in Tokyo and Osaka next month, Capcom has announced.

The event is taking place on August 5, 2017 in Tokyo and on August 19, 2017 in Osaka. Each location will have two sessions on the same day – 10:30am to 1:30pm and 3pm to 6pm.

3 main activities will be taking place during the event – a demo session for Monster Hunter XX for Nintendo Switch, a hunter’s meetup for Monster Hunter XX (3DS), and a “Rock Paper Scissors” game where winners will walk away with Monster Hunter merchandise prizes.

Participants will receive some door gifts too – a set of can badges, wrist band, strap, and original stickers.

Registration for the Midsummer Event closes on July 21st, 1pm (Tokyo) and August 4th, 1pm (Osaka). To register, please head over to the official Japanese site here.
