The credits roll from Donkey Kong Bananza has led to speculation that two DLC characters will be added to Mario Kart World in the future.

In Donkey Kong Bananza, Yuu Hayashi and Tsuguo Mogami have been credited for voicing Void Kong and another villain (to be revealed after the spoiler warning in this article) respectively.

Both voice actors have also been credited in Mario Kart World, but considering that none of the voice actors have been assigned to any characters in the game credits, this suggests that Nintendo could be planning to add Void Kong and the other villain to Mario Kart World as playable characters in the future.

As shown in the Reddit post below, people are speculating that Void Kong and King K. Rool will be added as playable drivers in Mario Kart World in the future. It’s also worth mentioning that Donkey Kong and Pauline have one of the fewest costumes in the game, so they could possibly be getting more outfits in the future. We’ll have to wait and see what happens.
