Valkyria Chronicles 4 May Be Delayed To 2019 For Switch

UPDATE – Confirmed for Fall 2018 release by SEGA.

Valkyria Chronicles 4, originally announced for a 2018 release on Nintendo Switch, may be delayed in the west.

According to Amazon listings for Valkyria Chronicles 4’s PS4 and Xbox One versions, the game is scheduled to launch on October 16, 2018. The retailer hasn’t put up a listing for the Switch version of the game.

While the PS4 version is launching on March 21 in Japan, the Switch version is scheduled to release in Q2 2018. If the Switch version of Valkyria Chronicles 4 follows a similar “pushed back” schedule in the west, it could be launching in 2019 instead.
