Japanese accessory company HORI has released an official video showing how players can use the Poke Ball Plus Charging Stand.

Whenever you need to charge your Poke Ball Plus, all you have to do is to put it on top of the Charging Stand. To show how simple it is as compared to plugging in the USB cable, HORI has prepared a short video for you to see:
