Videos: Shin Megami Tensei V “Daily Demon” Volumes 166 – 167

Atlus has published new episodes of their “Daily Demon” series introducing demons featured in Shin Megami Tensei V.

The episodes this time focus on the Jirae Tsuchigumo and the Night Mokoi, showing off their designs in the game and some of their moves. You can watch both videos below, along with an English translation posted by Zeruel4891 in the comments:

Jirae Tsuchigumo:

It is said that Japan’s native people in historical myth were made up of people who were despised. These cave dwellers had lanky arms and legs and were short in stature, and their form was disparagingly called “tsuchigumo” (TN: literally “earth spider”).

Night Mokoi:

A monster of Australian Aboriginal lore. Said to be the reincarnation of the “soul of the shadow” of humans, they mingle with human women, eat the children they give birth to, and fight humans.

Shin Megami Tensei V launches November 11th 2021 for Switch in Japan and November 12th 2021 worldwide.
