Atlus has published new episodes of their “Daily Demon” series introducing demons featured in Shin Megami Tensei V.
The episodes this time focus on the Kunitsu Okuninushi and the Dragon Qing Long, showing off their designs in the game and some of their moves. You can watch both videos below, along with an English translation posted by Zeruel4891 in the comments:
Kunitsu Okuninushi:
An earthly kami of Japanese myth. He presides over the power of agriculture and medicine. The ancestor of Izumo-Takeru-no-Mikoto, he is positioned as the most important deity of Izumo myth.
Dragon Qing Long:
One of the Si Shengshou [TN: Chinese equivalent of 四聖獣 (Shi Seijuu), written in Chinese as 四聖獸, meaning “Four Holy Beasts”] frequently mentioned in Chinese myth and thought. It governs the direction of East, the season of Spring, and Wuxing of Wood. The most revered of the Si Shengshou, it lives in a palace at the bottom of the sea, and in feng shui, if flowing water is placed at the east, it guides Qing Long’s power, making it auspicious.
