War Thunder Development Team Running Tests To See If The Game Can Run On Nintendo Switch

In an interview with website GamingBolt, the CEO of Gaijin Entertainment (Anton Yudintsev) was asked about the possibility of the War Thunder series making its way to Nintendo Switch!

Would you like to see War Thunder make its way to Switch? If the answer is yes, then you’ll be happy with the following information. In a GamingBolt interview, Gaijin Entertainment CEO Anton Yudintsev mentions that his team is currently do tests to see if a port would be possible.

The Nintendo Switch is an interesting platform. We have our SDK and development kits and we are currently testing various technical solutions of porting War Thunder’s engine to this console.

This definitely means the studio are very interested in getting their game up and running on Nintendo Switch which could possibly mean we will see a release for the game quite soon!
