Many problems have been surrounding the development of Mighty No. 9 and its Kickstarter up till this day, even though the game has been released on home consoles.
The Kickstarter rewards have reportedly been just sent out to backers after months and months of delays from Comcept’s end. The issue was immediately solved after Level-5 brought Comcept under their umbrella.
Portable versions of Mighty No. 9 for Nintendo 3DS and PS Vita haven’t been delivered yet either. Destructoid says work on the Nintendo 3DS port “just resumed”, which simply adds more salt to the injury.
Whether Comcept is able to finally deliver the 3DS port by the end of 2017 remains to be seen.
