Due to fan demand, Playtonic Games has promised that the Yooka 64 model from Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair will also be coming to the original game!
It will be available to the Switch version as part of the 64-bit Tonic previously released for the original. As of yet, no further details have been released but we’ll update you as we learn more.

Soon, you'll be able to play Yooka-Laylee with eye-glaringly bad graphics. Playtonic has released a preview of the 64-bit tonic coming soon to the game.
