3DS Console Line Officially Ceases Production

After 9 years in the market since 2011, the curtain has finally fallen on the beloved 3DS family of portable consoles.

Nintendo has officially revealed on their website that they’re officially ceasing production of the 3DS console line. That includes any device in the 3DS family, such as the 2DS, New 2DS XL, and so on. If for some reason you have been waiting on getting one of these consoles, now is the best, and perhaps the only, time left to buy one from your store before they officially become a part of gaming history.

Do you have any fond memories with the 3DS? Let us know in the comments!
