It looks like 7-Eleven stores in Japan will be seeing an influx of Monster Hunter fans at their counters in the near future!
Capcom has announced a special lottery campaign for folks who purchase Monster Hunter Rise‘s download card at participating 7-Eleven stores in Japan. Those who purchase the card will receive 11 times of 7 in-game items, and get a free mobile wallpaper. 711 customers will also be the lucky winners of a “Special Edition Gold 7-11 Limited Set” of the Monster Hunter Rise amiibo (only a mock-up was shown for now).
The campaign will run from 25 January 2021 – 11 April 2021. A campaign site is apparently in the works over here, but it is currently inactive (as of the time of writing).
We’ll report back if we hear more about these gleaming amiibo figures in the future. Stay tuned!
