Still hungry for more information about Pokemon Sword/Shield’s Zacian and Zamazenta? Well, we may have received a new tidbit today – from 7-Eleven Japan, of all places!
Just recently, the convenience store chain commenced a new promotion where customers buying two packs of jelly can redeem an A5 Pokemon Sword/Shield folder for free. As part of that promo, we now have a stunning piece of artwork featuring new and old Pokemon alike. (seen above)
The legendary Pokemon Zacian and Zamazenta are there as well, and fans have noted that Zacian isn’t biting its sword as usual! Instead, the Pokemon appears to stash the sword on its back in the image – by using some of its orange ‘mane’ to wrap around the weapon like a sheathe!
Here’s a close-up, if you’re having trouble seeing it:
This is the first time we’ve witnessed Zacian doing this in any official media. However, it’s hard to tell if the Pokemon will do this in the actual game – given that it’s just static artwork. We’ll just have to wait for footage of Zacian in battle to be sure.
