80th Nintendo Annual General Meeting Sees 90% Drop In Attendance
The 80th Nintendo annual general meeting of shareholders, which took place on June 26, 2020, saw a drastic drop in the number of investors attending the meeting.
In previous AGMs held in the last few years, attendance varied between 900 to 1000 people. This year, due to the coronavirus and the company recommending investors not to attend the meeting in-person, attendance plunged to a mere 114 people.
