It looks like the magic of Mario and friends might also be heading to folks in Los Angeles, California pretty soon!
As captured and noted by Universal Core below – what appears to be a green, hilly mountain facade for the park has popped up at Universal Studios Hollywood. This facade seems similar to those currently at Super Nintendo World in Osaka, which is already mostly completed.
To date, Universal and Nintendo have not actually confirmed the building of a Super Nintendo World area at Universal Studios Hollywood – so this development is definitely interesting to see, if legitimate. Meanwhile, the Super Nintendo World area at Universal Studios Orlando is still indefinitely delayed as at the time of writing.
We’ll report back if we learn anything in the near future. Stay tuned.
